Ballpark for typical Austin jobs — not a bid. Final number is quoted on-site, before we load. Heavy stuff (concrete, dirt, tile) can land higher.

How does pricing work?
By how much space the pile takes in the truck — not by the hour. Pick a size above for a ballpark. We quote a firm number on-site before we load. If you don’t like it, we leave. No trip fee for a look in our normal area.
Do I have to be home?
Not if we can see the stuff and reach it. Curbside piles, open garages, gate codes — send a note. If we’re going inside, someone with a key should be around.
What won’t you take?
Paint, solvents, fuels, oil, batteries, asbestos, medical waste, explosives, and anything the landfill will laugh at us for. If you’re unsure, text a photo. We’ll say no before we drive over.
Same day — is that a real thing?
Often, if you text in the morning and we’re not already booked solid. We’ll tell you the truth either way. “Maybe” is not a schedule.
How do I pay?
Cash, card, Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay. After the job. Not before.
Do you take things from upstairs / through the house?
Yes. Stairs, tight halls, the sofa that was never supposed to leave the room — that’s the job. Mention access in the quote so the price isn’t a surprise.
